Everything was simply perfect. The hotel was clean with accommodating staff at all times. The room was neat with a partial view, clean towels, as example, at least for me. Having different hot drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

Stayed in a neat room with a fine bathroom. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Particularly good and tasty breakfast, best ever had, with beverages included and fresh vegetables. We had airy, budget room with fridge as well as a TV. Really enjoyed the location to Palma along the beachfront.

The breakfast was delicious with tons of options, like fresh fruits and pastries. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to a lovely beach. The hotel's facilities, including the spa and pool, offered great ways to relax.

Good transport links from outside the hotel to both the Airport and Palma.

Breakfast selection poor. Only 3 small lifts in the hotel which is inadequate for such a large hotel.

Quite often electricity blackouts were possible to meet during first half of our staying (ac usually stopped to work, avoided lift usage - because of stuck).

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an 'airport hotel' ie for an overnight before your onward journey from Palma airport. Yes, it is close to the airport but the techno music playing loudly in the bar until 11.30pm (and my room was furthest away from the bar being on the top floor) means that you cannot get to sleep (and I had ear plugs in also), and when the music stops, you're just a little too disturbed to sleep after listening to loud techo for an hour+. I can't say the bed and bedding was all that comfortable either - and that is all I was after, a quiet and comfortable place to sleep for a night. In all I found it a pretty seedy place and I would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel near to the airport. I felt sorry for the pilots who arrived from one of the airlines when I checked in and would have to get up the next morning and work. I cannot fault the hotel on this also necessarily as there had been a power cut - they had no idea of my booking when I arrived, eventually showed me to my room but couldn't give me a key and therefore I had no electricity in the room without the key for half an hour+. There was one particular receptionist who apologised and tried to be almost helpful and there was another who was older and he was very dismissive towards me. However, with a power cut I understand they were under stress and can forgive them but I can't forgive them the late night techno music from their bar. I am also in my early 30s and not that conservative but this really was too much to bear for anyone of any age. Such loud music just showed very little consideration for their guests.
